  • freakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • Fuking jarryd hayne u copy cat cunt

  • 0:52 GO YOU GOOD THING (HIS HUMAN NOT A THING)

  • FLYING FIJIANS!

  • It seems that I've trained him well...

  • DAMMMMM!

  • 0:45 voice drop skHHL

  • not bad to say he's probably a stone overweight haha

  • that's quick as fuck...he is top 5 fastest!

  • fuck i remember this try. smoked 'em!!

  • As for CauCau - he is class. Had the best balance in world rugby I've ever seen.

  • vikings lol

    great try.

  • @unclesam_the ladiesman. learn your history son. The Vikings were the first to board NZ, this is common knowledge here, but conveniently swept under the carpet in the interests of political correctness. Anyway - who gives a fuck. we all eat sleep and shit. its just that some contribute more than others thas all bro. jo

  • @Ruhgby Actually it's not and if you believe that crap - you're a retard.

  • @unclesam_the ladiesman. learn your history son. Anyway - who gives a fuck. we all eat sleep and shit. its just that some contribute more than others thas all bro. jo

  • Not sure where I said "typical of all non-New zealanders"

  • he ended up getting worse and worse da shame for possible super star

  • He's kinda fat but hes so fast....how

  • @theanushot Not fat, just massive :P its all muscle mate

  • @1992airborne. . . thanks for spotting my deliberate mistake. . .it took you awhile, didn't it ?? He's good though, isn't he??..that Rupeni bloke. Where's he playing now?...any idea?

  • admittedly Rupenis pace was good, but you gotta give credit to that pass from the fullback. that was pure money

  • Second best try ever in a world cup if you ask me. Lomu's try against England when he walked over Cat like you would walk over a cockroach is my best. As per this dumb conversation about races in NZ, get over it kids. NZ is a highly mixed race nowadays, and after all, 1000 years ago there was no man here. We are all immigrants to some extent. Hare Mai.

  • dude, ABS do that every match

  • CAUCAUNIBUCA ....pronounced...(for English speakers)...'Thou..thou..knee...booker'

    ...its definitely not Cocoa !!

  • @macvatu ...wrong mate...it's pronounced..'thou..thou..knee..boo..tha'

  • Why call this a Freakish try?...it's a brilliant try in any language regardless of who executed it. Brilliantly timed sudden change of pace and a switch inside left the opposition floundering in Rupeni's wake. Enjoy it, and thanks for posting it !!

  • why are use all talking about religion and nz people hes a class fijian rugby player and thats it

  • jonah lomu = rupeni Killer

  • he's fat now

  • Thank for reminding that! It was against France. Caucau is playing in a French club, now : you better play with him than against him...

  • its like hes jogging its unreal

  • @ThatMaoriFALA Bro I think Fiji gets more funding from the IRB than the other pacific unions like Tonga & Samoa and all of them have NZ influence in their coaching staff. NZ actually has a huge proportion of influence in alot of the developing (Rugby) countries. I would say that NZ does a hell of alot for growing this sport for such a small country.

  • What a try..... he looks like he's carrying a few extra lbs too. Imagine that fucker in top shape.... jeez!

  • @BeestonBrawler most fijians carry extra weight, seemingly regardless of their condition. not sure if it's genetic or diet related, but something like 65% of fijians are classed as overweight, and about 20% are obese.

  • watta pass by 15

  • man i heard a lot of stories years ago about nfl scouts wanting this guy,he has great balance, speed, vision and deceptive power, would definitely make a good running back, and if he did want to go to the nfl, he would be a step ahead of most running backs,of course he would have to learn the game, but he is one of those athletes you get once every blue moon, and because he comes from a sport where you don't have the luxury of blockers blocking for you he'd love to run behind a o-line,what a freak!

  • at his best he is the best, a fukn Ferrari. but unfortunately for all of us his body is most of the time total shit so not enough from him very disappointing from him to lazy.

  • My dream back 3

    Left Wing - Lomu

    Right Wing - Caucau

    Fullback - Cullen

  • @garyfrank100 nah m8 prefer

    Left Wing - Lomu

    Right Wing- Howlett(in his prime)

    Full back- Cullen

and thats from an Irishman! :P :D

  • @harveyr150 my best is, 15,cullen, left wing lomu(fit state tho not fukn lazy), 14,wilson, 13,bunce, 1 loe,2 fitzy and captin3,Mcdowel, 4robin brooke, 5 meads,6 iceman, 7 Ritchie Mccaw, 8 zinzan brooke(of course best player in history)9,g.bashop(that's graeme not his useless brother who was the lukist player in the history )12 is a hard 1 for partnership little' i suppose but would love sbw but to soon 4 tht.

  • @ThePhil909 Nah. Cullen, Lomu, Kirwan, Robertson, Osborne, Fox, W. Shelford, Kirkpatrick, M. Jones, Meads, Haden, McDowell, Fitzy, Knight

  • @ragers66 you're missing one, unless you're putting 'nah' at fullback

  • @finncoulter Oh yeah, hah.....missing halfback. Sid Going.

  • @harveyr150 Yeah Howlett was a classic winger, he just used to pin the ears back and go for it! Thats really good when you have a midfield that can create space for you but Rupeni had that X factor, that something special. His problem though was that he thought he not only had the X factor he had all the other letters too haha! My sister lives in Fiji and they just got tired of his big headed attitude, hell every school boy over there can run the hundred in 11 seconds!

  • @garyfrank100 Rupeni was brilliant yes. I will take issue with your comments about Howlett though. It was that sort of thinking - this so-called x-factor - which made Graham Henry drop an in-form Howlett for one of the lazy Fijians (Siti & Joe) in the '07 RWC quarter. Didn't work at all, lazy Joe ran the ball back half heartedly and the French pounced on him then scored!

Doug should've played that game! He would've brought back that kick with real gusto, no doubts.

  • No man alive i know of can move like this on a rugby field.

No winger comes close to this level of brilliance that Rupeni demonstrated in his short career.

  • best winger ever ! full stop. caucau >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> lomu habana williams robinson howlett rokoko etc etc

  • Rupeni Caucaunibuca...... Best running style i have ever seen

But, whats this about NZ poaches? WTF? NZ is one of the most Multi-cultural countries in the world, they don't poach any Islanders. Theres actually more Islanders in New Zealand then there are Maori's.

  • @TooMujBaddas Agreed. No one is forcing Polynesian players and their families to come to NZ, or to play for the All Blacks. Obviously we are happy to have them ;) They make a life for themselves here and want to play for their adopted country....what's the big deal? no one in Britain seems to have a problem claiming Lennox Lewis as British even though his family are from Jamaica.

  • Quite ridiculous some of the comments here. Rupeni is a great runner of the ball and the Fijian team as a whole look awesome when there chins are high and the windi is with them. Not so cool under pressure though. I would not be clling this try freakish though. A good try definately, freakish..no not at all. Many of the wingers of the world could score this so why not give credit to them all instead of this petty bullshit bickering the children of the net seem so want to do these days.

  • The try was nothing spectacular and any good winger might have scored with that much space, it was the pass that set the try up that really impresses me.

  • lololol!

  • lomu or cau cau?

  • @44redman1 caucau

  • he's a fat bastard nowadays though haha

  • Gone to Toulouse!

  • This guy had it over all the other wingers of his time and even today. Just he wasn't professional enough. He WAS better than Habana... so was Howlett as an all round player.

  • @bjornuk i disagree ,,, i would say he is a better runner than habana , i wouldnt say any faster,, but he can dodge better than habana ,, but habana is a good tackler

  • jonah wasnt lazy. he was one of the most hardest working players there has ever been since he got his kidney its been his goal to get back to rugby. he has never given up.

  • The commentary = Horrible. :L

  • This guy had more skill than Jonah. Both as lazy as each other though unfortunately. Could have been even better.

  • @MrSydneyKing jonahs probably one of the hardest working players ever to play the game, watched a doco on him.

  • @Marz2605 yeh pretty unfair to Jonah, I agree. I just wish we saw more of him, given his illness and shit. Most people probably don't know what Jonah had to go through.

  • @MrSydneyKing jonah was definatly not lazy, he had his kidney removed and he still was able to play international rugby a few years later, thats called hard work, u obviously dont know wat that is. find out the facts before you make comments like this one

  • @kiwino187 Whatever. Read on for further comments before jumping in and having a crack.

  • @kiwino187 he was when it came to defending lol

  • rupeni i play like you.???......almost !!not quiet there yet ahhaa sori guyz :D

  • although it is rare nz colleges do take young players from the islands e.g. latest sivivatu

  • d best

  • Caucau fat, weed smoking and doesn't even care . AND LOOK AT WHAT HE DOES

    HE ABSOLUTELY RUINS HABANA.

  • lol 0:05 only a Fijian could throw a pass like that. Gotta love the flair.

  • @fitzyuc NORMAN LIGAIRI BOII!

  • @fijianrugsta lol he throws it about 20m to Caucau running on to it at nearly full speed without it being a forward pass lol. How the hell do you do that in the spur of the moment??? damn fijians xD

  • @fitzyuc Hahaahaa

  • this guy plays rugby like how its supposd to b playd..from the heart!

  • damn right he went past rougire.. the guy had nothing on him.. just watched as he smoked him and the 2 other covering players..never seen such off the mark pace.. just one boost to top gear and the brother was off.. CYA L8TER...

  • SWEET!!

  • Are You Fucking Kidding Me Habana Not Come Even near to Rupenis League He can do very simple stuff that Habana cant even figure it out

  • @smashyouthru Like your English.

  • Habana best is 10.20 so that 0.60 faster than rupeni at his prime so habana would smoke him then but yes i have very rarely seen habana do as well side stepping people or changing directions.

  • that means he has good straight line speed. the thing about running with a ball is speed that really matters is the one comes after making cuts and moves.

  • @akebefrontiere in rugby, it doesnt matter how fast u can run the 100m, its the first 40 to 50m that counts

  • @kiwino187 It does matter when you're chasing someone though like an intercep..

  • @kiwino187, its more than the first 40 or 50m, its 80 minutes. your could use all your energy in the first try you get, and lose the game. the likes of Habana and Howlett are fit enough to last the full 80, and then do it again 4 or 5 days later at the same level, just like what bjornuk said, not professional enough

  • @stainfro crazy pace though ya gotta admit that

  • Was at the game. Had 2 French guys sitting beside me saying "GO ON!" could hardly fucking understand them tbh.

  • one of the best attacking players ive ever seen on a football field, just briliant fijian footwork, one of many from that island, shoulda been a all black

  • Habanam HAHAHA not even in the same class as this guy. Habana has shown that he is good on a straight line, but he has never stood up people 1 on 1 and run around them like they were standing there pickng there bums. Habana got burnt by the American winger so dont even talk rubbish about him being the fastest, 10.18 is Rupeni's quickest time, recorded as he was in the Fijian Spint Team!!!

  • bit 2 far like! Caucau would of been miles better than habana but he could never be bothered still the tries he scored were still LETHAL to say the least

  • how is that freakish, christian cullen was freakish

  • well habana is faster , cos there is no proof on caucau time but it cant be far off habanas

  • It doesn't matter how fast Caucau wuns, you just wouldn't be able to touch him.

  • he wouldnt smoke habana now ...... but back in 2003 he would have like grease lightening !!! funny thing is he does it at half pace !!! mad fucker

  • typical kiwi responce question when did u last win the world cup oh and by the way when u decide to give the pac islands back their boys your ass is ours

  • typical non- new zealander. your either racist or nieve. do you consider only white people Americans? Perhaps if you're Asian, regardless of being born in Australia, you will never be Australian?

Some people associate ethnicity with nationality but in the current world- check it out sometime- thats often not the case. The majority of New Zealand/ Islanders were born and raised in NZ. If not their parents get them to NZ when young for education purposes etc. Its a myth NZ poaches islanders.

  • @unclesam21 your comment makes you racist by default, nice.

  • @unclesam21 Well i support the All Blacks but i'm quite insulted that you stereotype all people that aren't new zealanders to be naive. I think that is very stuck up and obnoxious, which is quite ironic because you are acting as if ALL New Zealanders are righteous while the rest of the world are jerks.

  • Sivivatu and Lauaki...case and point

  • @unclesam21 its not a myth buddy...im a perfect example...from rks fiji to holy trinity...

  • @unclesam21 its not a myth buddy...im a perfect example...from rks fiji to holy trinity...

  • @unclesam21 I'm a New Zealander and to be honest i wish the Islanders would stop coming over. Yes they are awesome for our sports, but schooling wise they bring it down with gangs, tagging and fighting. They throw away free education cause they like the colour red or blue

  • @mushypeanut u ignorant rat for start this is not ur country u rat its the moaris and for ur information polys have more right to be here they are 1st cuzins to the moari. second in the 50 or so years they being here..they have acheived great things they are docotors lawyers politicians etc so wat if a small minority is in gangs etc so are ur kind and for ur information pakehas have the highest evr and always child molesting stats ever( disgusting)

as well as p users and sellers effex mo livs

  • @unclesam21 its a bit rash to assume that all "non-newzealanders" are either racist or naive... i mean in saying that you have wildly stated that over 99% of the world population are racist. Haha with all respect, this in itself is a bit naive

  • @unclesam21 lol idiots u dum ass fool nz is a polynesian country the moaris are first cousins to thye islanders you dum ass.... they belong here its the dam ignorant pakehas talk shit

  • @samrrrr at least we can talk properly.

  • @samrrrr

wtf u been smoking? when did i say that "white people" were in NZ first?

Our means of measuring who belongs to a country is quite different. I take it only those that inhabited a country first, in your eyes, are those that belong to a country. I guess then, 60% of the world (probably more) are countryless, have no identity or nationality in your eyes.

If i'm the dumb ass and talk shit, your the toilet i shit into.

  • @unclesam21 stupid new zealander

  • Yeh NZ hasnt won the worldcup.

Now many people call them chokers- trying to sugest that all other internationals are not important (often because they lose them against NZ) but end of the day it is a sign of your respect for NZ to suggest not winning a world cup was a failure. I mean, that suggests you judged them as good enough to win in the first place. It also represents misjudegement. The majority of times NZ was not the best side going into the torunmanet..... 95, 2007 being the exception

  • JUst rummage through results son. NZ over an 80% success rate in the last decade. The next closest around 60%.

Aussies were dominant when NZ had no coaching. Generally theyre decent. Boks are toughy but mentally weak when it comes to day n day out footy- touring etc. France, well France are ok at times. England- over in flated egos and a joke generally. Other teams never truely compete.

Anyway son.... (oh i do agree with u to an extent the NZ rugby fan is often dillusional and a knob)

  • Going to be annoying for weeds like this guy when NZ wins the next world cup, there will be absolutely nothing they can pay out the All Blacks on. They will have to admit they are one the best sporting teams ever.

  • @seax84 stupid response however true your first statement bro but when you talked about pac islands wanker then you're being racists. That's like saying well as soon as your dutch and german bokies go back your springbok team would be shite! You made a valid reply with us not winning the cup for ages but you went over the line with pacific island comment. You would be insulting every pacific island player born in new zealand to play for the all blacks. You must be a bokkie or an english wank

  • munster shud poach him.

  • Lelia Masaga is faster than Habana

  • and ngwenya is faster than both

  • Habana's faster surely. Caucau is indeed 1 of the fastest :D so's Shane Williams and tonderai Chavhanga and Takudzwa Nqwenya

  • caucau is the worlds most steadiest runner....

so basically... it means he can put on a step at full speed

and barge through ppl on the wing

  • @lMBAN rhinos or hippos are the worlds steadiest runner

  • @lMBAN I think you might mean 'balanced runner'

  • @lMBAN that he maybe...and as a fan of Fijian rugby it is a shame that a team full of international superstars cant get it together on the field.....

  • habanas faster but nowhere near the step or perp power

  • best try scorer of all time without doubt!

  • yee boy . Fiji powr.

  • fuck you not lumu you bitch!

  • Lomu!

  • i hope the new management at FRU give Caucau a chance in the Fiji team tour to northern hemisphere in november 2009. i believe everybody needs another chance, a gifted player like him is hard to pass by???

  • The most gifted rugby player of alltime!! Chritian Cullen Is a very close second.

  • dont agree with you there mate, he might be one of the best finnishers of the game but not the best of all time! guys like carter and wilkinson are way better rugby players than him easy!

  • I dont think hes the best player of all time, I just think hes the most gifted. Natural ability ect speed, strength, balance it however takes much more than that to rated the best of alltime. I would say Rupeni, Cullen, Lomu would be amonst the most gifted. If you were to ask me who the best player of alltime was then names like Meads,Eales, Shelford, Garethe Edwards, Serge Blanco, FItzpatrick, come to mind. Too hard to choose though. Cheers

  • One thing for sure tho, not many players with such a beer gut could smoke everyone like CauCau

  • if he played against habana he would teach him how to play rugby because he is the most talented winger in the history of the game and i wish he would still play for fiji as he made him self un avalivlible and he should be playing for toulouse or clermont because he to classy to be playing in proD2

  • Rupeni would smoke the shit out of Habana

  • freakish? no

    absoloutly amazing? yes

  • how is it freakish

  • hes retired now awful shame a great player

  • he is amazing! wish he hadn't had injuries when he was here in NZ :S

  • does he still play

  • Comment removed

  • yes he play in France. Agen (proD2)

  • yeah hes plays for France now

    Agen i think

  • legend

  • my favourite Northland player ever

  • Oh my, im lost for words. he made rougerie look like he was running backwards.

  • can i ask how is this a freekish try its pure class

  • I think they meant his sheer speed

  • he is still the best winger in the WORLD

  • Rupeni is everyones favourite player.

He's overweight. He's downright lazy. No work ethic. Always missing training and pissing people around. Spends his spare time getting stoned.

Yet he is STILL, in light of all that, one of the best players in the world.

Some would argue he's wasting talents, and they're right to an extent. But you have to respect someone who is that good, even when out of shape and form. Both physically and mentally.

    Caucau >>>>>>>>

  • I KNOW ROFL.

Just look at the fucker's belly!

He is truly a God of Rugby!

  • WELL SAID, MATE...I LUV CAU-CAU!!!

  • If only he wasn't so fat now.

  • Sick dude, my favorite winger of all time. No one out there with the speed like him. Bummed he couldn't play for the AB's. Not just his speed but the way he can break tackles, and run around like everyone was standing still. Would love to see him at full speed.

  • i actually got fucked up with him before this game, fiji bitter baby, best beer

  • Awesome... the only other player you could place in the Lomu bracket.

  • What's his 100m time?

  • this demonstrates why fiji are one of the most quickest and physical sides of 7's rugby, they could easily become one of the greatest nations in 15's rugby

  • they have awesome wingers and centres

but you said they could EASILY

    they could but not easily

  • Wow even looks like he's got a beer belly on the go.

  • Mikaele Pesamino

  • the commentator pronounced his name correctly: thou - thou - nib - u - tha

  • ran around who??

    rougerie i belive

    hardly the quickest winger lol

  • come on, rupeni was flying before rougerie could react, it wasnt like there was acres of space on the outside either. that was fast as fuck

  • I think Mikaele Pesamino is faster than him..Reupeni is freakin fast still though...Even though he has some more weight...And William Ryder aint fast...Hes just got good steps and that makes him look fast since he gets away from tackles...Best players in sevens in my book right now= Lolo Lui, Mikaele Pesamino, William Ryder, Victor Vito, and Uale Mai

  • suprised he doesnt play for NZ seeing theypoach all the best islanders

  • He can't. By the time they noticed him and he started playing for the Blues he had already played 1 game of Sevens for Fiji. They tried to get him but the IRB said no.

  • Yeah because when they move to NZ at 3 years old, they're definitely the best players available.

  • NZ dont poach u stupid idiot.

If he isnt a permanent resident then he isnt valid to play simple as that.

People in the All blacks are all New Zealanders and the players get selected its their choice if they wanna play for the All Blacks or not

  • Many of NZ's recent greats come from Samoa, Tonga and Fiji. And without them I'd say NZ would be a much weaker team. I doubt they're poached though, most of them probably come over as youngsters.

  • most of them are born in new zealand. new zealand has more polynesians than the polynesian islands themselves. people seem to forget that new zealand is in polynesia and that most of the polynesian familys have been here for a couple of generations.

  • Duly noted. However, this is the list of 2008 all blacks who were not born in NZ: Jerry Collins, Joe Rokockoko, Sivivatu, Kaino, Lauaki, So'oialo, Nonu, Toeava, Schwalger.

  • jerry collins: came to nz age 2

    joe rocokoko: age 3

nonu: born in wellington, new zealand

    toeva: age 3

    schwalger: age 3

    kaino: age 4

not to sure how old the other ones were when they all came to nz. all of them were extremely young though, except sivivatu who was 15.

  • how can jerry collins be on that list? he hasnt been in the 2008 squad.

  • My mistake RE: Nonu and JC. At the age of 2-3, its fair to say NZ have not poached them, except Joe and Jerry, who probably still would have made the NZ team back then. Regardless of their age though, in the average game NZ will field about 4-5 players who were actually born in other countries. Albeit neighbouring islands. This is quite a bit more than other teams, hence the reason why people bring it up. Its not a criticism, or sour grapes, just an observation.

  • i no people in fiji who r faster than him. .but just havnt been discoverd yet!

  • any videos of them?

  • lol stupid fijians they too fast lol

    and im not baging fijians
