i dont think that people understand actually how hard it is to keep a cosworth mk2 going in a straight line under full throttle, never mind going sideways!

mk2's back ends are so lively even with a 1600 engine becuase there so light without even beign stripped out!

cossie engines get most of their power when the turbo kicks in which makes them really unpredictable and tricky to tame.

This is decent sounding car but you need to back off the right foot a bit. No need to high rev such an engine, learn to use the torque and it will do exactly what you want!

There was no offense intended just that these engines are well know for their low down torque ... something I learnt after using them in rallying the past 16 years ... as well as the expense of a crank rebuild after constantly screwing them hard in the early days. Still an awsome sounding car.
