Its a close of the game Atlantis and missle attack. Both of which are much better games.

Wow, what a blast from the past. I had the American release of this game, called "Commando Raid," or something like this. It wasn't bad, but the difficult controls surely get even more difficult when you're emulating a joystick with the keyboard.
