  • que feo es tu bajo electrico

  • Three pick-ups? holy shittt!

  • Im interested in what woods are used for this bass and your sei jazz bass (body and neck)? they sound amazing... keep it up

  • @bassistAB2 hey man - the two Sei basses I use both have ash bodies and maple necks - the one on this video has an ebony fingerboard, and bubinga 'stringers' down the length of the 7-piece neck - so I get a warm tone but with some attack from the ebony board - the Jazz style bass has a maple neck, birdseye maple fingeboard and an ash body - it's very resonanant and punchy! Hope that helps - they are great basses and I love both of them!

  • Amazing. So many people look up to people like victor wooten, then it's like the motherload when they run into people like this guy. I was amazed when I found this funk player Hadrien Feraud a few days ago. He's amazing and has a bass just like yours too...

    Has that got three pickups?

  • awesome

  • You've got it my man!

  • Exzellent Bass Player.

    Christian Rewert

  • Good stuff man, you obviously have some extensive playing and improv experience, and much respect for that. My only complaint was in the mix though. I heard some faintly noticeable clipping the right speaker, so maybe a little heavy on the right panning or just a fader too high. As for me. I've only been playing for around four years, but am a full time student at Berklee College of Music, so I am hoping to get some great playing experiences.

    Much respect,

    Jake

  • one question.. what strings are you using in this? (including the gauge, wound and etc.) Thanks in advance!

  • @elykoko hi man - I'm using quite light guage from D'Addario - I have a 35 on the G down to the low B which is a 130... I had to mix up two sets to get the sound I like...!

  • Incredible sound, deep and sharp at the same time.

A very groovy tune with a melodic solo, perfectly played.

What scales are you using during the solo?

  • this video is amazing... do you play in a band or is this kinda just a solo project?

  • Great! Funk yeah!

  • very melodic! one of my most favourite videos of you! thank you!

  • how many seis do you have bro?

  • @piccicacca Pretty sure he has 2.

  • Awesome!! Very melodic soloing, i like it :)

  • great!!
