Anybody please help me, i injured my knee over a month ago, it was swollen for about 3 weeks, now the only problem is that the nerves in my knee somehow, pop out of place, and when that happens i have to push the nerve back into place, and its quite painful, what do i do? Please reply somebody
@nabilebraheim ok, its getting better, nothing pops out of place anymore, now the only thing is that it swells up alot when i exercise what should i do?
The bottom of my left foot has been pusling non stop for the past 5 or 6 days. I just thought it was something with the nerve and would go away shortly. It seems as though this puslating action isn't going away and I was just woundering what it could be?
Till now all my EMGs were negative. But i still think that i have a carpal tunnelsyndrome because of the symptomes i have .What should i do to rule out a carpaal tunnel syndrome
@jeisinga Try palpating your scalene muscles for trigger points. If you find any apply pressure on the most tender spot for 6 seconds, release and repeat 3-4 times to release the trigger points. Use you own pain scale, apply pressure at around level 7 of a scale of 1 to 10. Stretch the muscles. Scalene muscle referred pain sometimes mimic carpal tunnel syndrome pain.

I have a idopthic polyneuropathie this polyneuropthie could be toxic or it could be a pressure neuropathie. My question is is it possible to see dammaged nerves or compressed nerves with a MRI scanner ?or are ther simpler methodes
@nabilebraheim Its right behind my left knee, the longer Im standing the worse it gets. It feels like a compression cuff is around my knee and ankle, that gets tighter throughout the day. I had a EMG and ECG that confirmed what I have. Lyrica does not help, nor does amitripylene. I had a series of nerve blocks that helped for a couple of days. I was lifting weights for the last 2 yrs., now I can't even do that, because the leg gets extremely numb. Im 58yr old and Im losing hope
Thanks doc!! Greetings & best wishes from a UIC medical student!

7years ago I used an electronic muscle stim. device,
which I stupidly overused therefore severely injuring muscles
and nerves. I suspect they could be crossed, the muscles, it hurts a lot.
I've been going to doctors ever since and nothing has helped, had various exams done.
I've been having big pain in my body ever since.
I am wondering, what I shud do to either FIND OUT what is wrong,
which examination to take
OR HELP MYSELF.
PLEASE HELP !
