I'm going to start protesting about the consumption of fish by buying and eating loads of fish. That'll work.

How many children are killed due to their parents treating them with homeopathic medicine rather than traditional medicine? None. No parent is going to try and cure a life threatening illness with pills from a shop. No homeopath is going to recommend that a child with a serious illness doesn't go to hospital. It is usually used as an alternative when other medicines haven't worked.

One of our group took a whole load of homeopathic sleeping pills, 85 in total.

He didn't even feel drowsy, so obviously it doesn't work.

How do you explain the fact it didnt work?

you really are stupid. there test is credible because as long as the homeopathic drug has an active ingredient you can overdose on you should be able to overdose on it. since homeopathic almost literally has none of that active ingredient it's very difficult to overdose on it. virtually impossible.

That said, After a few beers tonight I created a homeopathic solution of my own by filling my pint glass, which had about 1ml of beer left in it, with around 500ml water and then drinking the 5C tincture. It did counteract the effects of dehydration - Surely this is evidence that homeopathy does work! ;)

Ok, I will do. I'm writing my masters dissertation at the moment so I don't really have too much time for organising events and the like, but I'm sure there are plenty of undergrads at Newcastle and Northumbria who would be interested in getting something started in Newcastle.
