Also, don't set your DAW outputs to 3/4... are you thick? Just turn monitoring off for the track you're arming to record the loopback. Jesus, this is beyond belief.

Just bought this - the software is SO badly laid out ; The drivers are VERY weak had to use ASIO4ALL to get usable latency ; Liqui pres give good choice of sounds , but overall unit it so lowquality , dire software

Im taking the LP56 for a refund and buyin a MOTU896mk3 , what i used before i got the LP56.... Motu was 100% stable unit and great DI sound , crap pres. 56 is rubbsih as interface , ok DI , decent pres. The shitness of everything else make it impossible to appreciate the pres though

can you please confirm this if we can use loopback with Camtasia screen recorder software, i want to do tutorial like you do while Sonar playbacks.

One "pro 24" enough for that or i need second sound device?

Hello! We really need help, so if anyone at ALL can help us out, it would be great! Our problem is that we just got the Saffire Pro 40 working on Pro Tools 9. It records great but our only problem is that it is not playing back on neither the monitors or headphones (both are by the way plugged in to their perspective inputs.) CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP?

@FHTLA I have a 56, but they are very similar so I'll give it a shot: Do you have the Sapphire setup as the designated interface for audio output on your computer OS (as mentioned about 50 seconds in)? If the answer is "yes". Then the next area would be to check the output setting on Sapphire mix control - make sure it is setup for DAW. It would help a lot if you would list what you have already done to troubleshoot... might be why focusrite hasn;t answered & branlory was less than helpful...
