Thats me in the video, figured I'd answer some questions I saw on here. All it bent was the steering stem, handlebars and axle. Really cheap fix. Didn't hurt my wrist but messed my back up bad and it still isn't right. And I should have made the hill my one tire just caught the rut from the bikes wrong and threw the front end to the side.
