I live in Alton and the tornado went right over my house! House had minor damage and my yard was totally destroyed! I stopped counting at the number of trees I lost at 80! Still looks HORRIBLE when I look out my window every day, but I'm still working on clean up o.O
i was on holiday in that tornado it was horrible my aunty lives 5 minz were this video is it was scary wen we found out about the women who died < r.i.p
I live in Danville, NH, and Atkinson, a town right by me, had a sighting of a funnel cloud. I remember driving home and noticed the sky was dark gray on one side and bright blue on the other and I had an odd feeling. I turned on the news when I got home and found out there was a tornado warning. So scary.
I live in NH but not in epsom. I was leaving 4 NY that day and I absolutely HATE tornadoes. I left and I was on the highway and it was black behind me. I was in the car and I heard the guy on the radio about the severe storm warning. Then when we got to the hotel in white plains, and we turned on the Weather channel and they showed the destruction and I was shaking I think I almost shit my pants. And on the way back I saw a car flip over....Instresting trip.
I live on that lake and it was the scarest thing in my life to date. my grammy house is right next to the house that was hit. my bestfriends are victims and there house is almost destroyed completly. i live about a half a mile from the touchdown, and around 5 mins.there is so much more damage than what was shown and now it looks soooo much different, there are no trees and the lake is filled with trees.
yeah i live in deeerfield nd i'm 10 minutes away from where it touched down, nd if you drive throught where the worst damage is now, there's trees down every where nd houses you could never see before on the mountain you can see perfectly .. it's crazy
Hi, my name is Beau, I live in Wisconsin, but three days before we were heading to my grandma's house in Freedom, New Hamphire her house got hit by the tornade. A miracle the house was untouched but 150 trees were destroyed all around her house. It is horrible. All we can say is are family is alive and we pray for all the other damaged houses.
There was an update with the Tornado a few weeks back. They confirmed after a time of testing that the Tornado was obviously rain whipped (Means, unable to see from anywhere but in the area, That's why there is no footage of it) And it was an EF 3.9-4.1 WEDGE! WOWEE! a WEDGE tornado are some of the biggest tornadoes on earth, actually. They are. And dang, just to remind everyone. A tornado has happened in EVERY STATE, so. There's NEVER a safe place from them, have a nice day all!
This was a horrible thing, there has been destruction all over the world. In a joking manner, I like to say to people " I think mother nature is going through menopause.." But truly our planet is lashing back, we really need to think in a Green state of mind. I personally know the baby boy who was rescued from the destroyed home on the lake, When you look at his life, from my point of view, life really does seem unfair. I'm really proud of the people of NH, they have really come together!
no tornados have been reported in every state for hunderdes of years but they are rare up in NH. you could blame global warming if it was an f4 or f5 tornado.
"no tornados have been reported in every state for hunderdes of years but they are rare up in NH. you could blame global warming if it was an f4 or f5 tornado."
Actually NH has on average 1-2 tornados every year, and they are usually ef0-ef2 but in 1800s there was an ef4! So, was global warming occurring back in the 1800s?
Yeah i feel bad for you guys. I live in Manchester NH, and today's storm scared the living S*** out of me. It was sunny and find than it start raining and thundering than the spurts of lightening. Than it got pitch black as if the sun got blotted out, and the wind picked up badley. I thought what happened to you guys was going to happen here, i was at work at the time.
I'm a victim of this tornado(extreme damage to property), in addition, a life was lost due to that storm! How dare you make such a statement such as "God hates New Hampshire"?!?! I'll assume that you're a young ignorant person!! Be careful of what you say as you may regret it later!!
