in my opinion josh is one of the most talented musicians on this planet! on guitar he combines freakin technique with feelings and emotion. in addition he has great vocals. live he combines that shit, and i still dont get how he sing and play these riffs simultaneously. awesome guy!

I've followed these guys since they had Ben on vocals in like...2004/5? They used to play local gigs in my town every month or so. Finally they seem to be getting to where they should be. Josh is just a ridiculous human being, and deserves a permanent place in the metal hall of fame.

In all my years of listening to Metallica, Megadeth, Exodus, Machine Head, Opeth..all the rest of it, I struggle to think of a better album than Edge of The Earth. My other 3 fav albums are Master of Puppets, Reign In Blood, and The Blackening.

Sylosis are awesome, but the crowd was a bit of a flop for them this year. I prefered when they were in bohemia tent previous years, watch some videos of that and youll see how intense it was ;)

Josh's vocals have the most metal sound I've heard in a very long time. When Jamie left, I said that he was irreplaceable, but now I can't listen to Conclusion of an Age the same way because Josh's sound is just so...brutal. Also, his cleans are good and are used more sparingly, which fits Sylosis' sound A LOT better!

@Colton527 Yeah well at least there a lot of good hardcore bands in the U.S. What can I say, I live in Bulgaria where we don't see many metal concerts, not to mention good ones. It's a good thing that in the past couple years metal concert begun to happen more often. Like last year The Big Four came, this years SlipKnoT were supposed the be playing with Iron Maiden but it all went to hell. But the best thing is that this month Sylosis were here. And they will tour the US soon, don't worry! :)

When I saw them in here the states people didn't know who they were and would rather mosh to Iwrestledashitbandonce and shitty ass now-a-day hardcore/metalcore bands than the almighty SYLOSIS. Made me sad. What is the world coming to. Sylosis is a band that deserves much more than they're receiving.
