Park could eventually play in MLB. The Yankees would take him, but they have Derek Jeter. I think the Red Sox and Indians(who already have fellow Korean Shin-Soo Choo)would be among MLB teams interested in signing him.

Regardless of which team he goes to, one thing everyone can count on is his gold glove defense. Also, in my honest opinion, I feel like Boston is fine with their SS position. The Padres are in need of an everyday SS (platooning Chris Burke and Luis Rodriguez isn't going to cut it). Last but not least, he's going to turn 33 on Nov. 30, 2009, a bit late for him to be exported to a MLB team now, considering the fact that MLB teams tend to take international players at a young age or in their prime.
