Nice man we gotta do the same for BUD/S for SEALs 50 meter underwater swim with no push off the starting wall. It's kicking my ass I got a buddy that leave's in February he was training for PJ but changed his mind now he's going SEALs he can do 75 meters underwater it's insane to watch. He's also Olympic qualified on his breast stroke and was on the Air Force swim team he's 27 now
@Valholm Enlisted. He's older but in great shape actually just heard from him couple weeks ago and he's almost done with first phase of BUD/S going onto Second phase dive phase.
congrats bro! very good! but i thought they only made you do 2 25 meters underwater swim, not a whole entire 50m under water swim. correct me if im wrong
You would be a lot faster and probably save a ton of energy if you timed your arms and legs a bit better. Watch some swimming videos to see how its done, but nice job. I can almost do 75 meters.
How about trying some underwater wrestling to improve breath control? Say, 10-15ft. With a min. Of 1.5mins. Underwater at the bottom wrestling! Then still surfacing exhaling all the way to the surface! Exhaling from the nose!! Just for fun you can add a 10-15lb. Weight belt and then surface, exhaling all the way! What do you say bro? Justin McCay.
I can do 50m underwater...but is there a specific time to do it in?
50 free overwater...29 seconds.
does anybody know the requirements for Combat Controllers?

I have a question, did you not make it the first time? I am deeply considering CRO and I know that the water is the hardest part. Can we talk?
