Lol when i had this game i didnt realise you could change the speed of your craft I managed to finish the whole game with a silly slow ship XD.

@METAL1ON speed 3 is the best speed 4 is almost too fast in some of the later levels.

Never played the game, never heard the BGM before. Sounds good but I thought it would feel a bit more like R-Type 3. It will teach me to look forward something I don't know about :P

@mhledm LOL! Don't be ashamed! My friend and I are big fans of old school games, especially shmups! We love listening to old game bgms. We are in our mid-30's.

I have always loved the music in Gunhed/Blazing Lazers. It seems to be best described as "scientifically mystifying" to me. I wonder of the locations where the music tracks for the stages 6 and 7 play, since I haven't heard of them before?

There seems to be different music tracks for the end of the game, as well. I'm glad that the title screen music was able to be put in here, since it is one of the music tracks I've always wanted to listen to in a soundtrack. I haven't heard of the mid-level or end-of-level boss music pieces in here. If I ever get Blazing Lazers for the TurboGrafx-16 I've recently received, then I will surely find much happiness.
