You lose 1/4 of the minerals you spent, not 1/3 (so the 75 part is correct).

most players lose minerals when they cancel things. savior loses the game.

How do you lose minerals when you cancel it?

Technically you gain minerals when you cancel a building. But there is a net loss of 1/4 the cost of the building. You would have been better off most of the time not starting the building at all. Exceptions would be manner pylons, gas stealing, and other forms of chicanery.

Rise, Cholera, how do you tell who is being favored in the polls?

You can look at (one) of the symbols of the names in the polls and match it to the top left "score keeper".

The score keeper tells you their name in the same way as the polls, as well as their color and position.

But I think they might also remember their name in symbols.

I don't even understand how that reversal happened.

I guess splitting up his mutas, suffering scourge hits, losing his own scourge, PLUS plunking 300 minerals into the expansion all added up to a shocking defeat.

It seems to me that thelings Luxury lost were not that big of a deal, there is a certain amount of lings you can make without it interrupting your muta production.

It was probably much more even than Rise/Cholera made it out to be. There was a small window where Zero had the mutalisk advantage but he wasted it killing the lings that made it into the main when he could have microed drones with the sunk.
