I go to sleep at like 11pm and Im up at lik 8am....I still snack late at night, and its on healthy stuff but I feel like that is whats bringing me down :(
Looks like its a TIE! There are days where you just need to sleep in, but due so in moderation. Moderation is a key word when it comes to fitness, diet and health!
I use to be a night owl, but thanks to the 2 year old in my life I am definitely a early bird. I have to beat her awake and get things done before she's up between 7am & 8am.
I am an older overweight white female ...I have sleep apnea & I don't sleep for beans...you look refreshed like you sleep well I am on my way to work. I am a very sleepy gun maker.
I am definitely morning person, though I admit I have a bad habit of staying up too late at times, and let me tell you I feel the difference. Good advice Zachary!!
I'm sitting here eating a bag od dorritos after getting no sleep at all as in i stayed up all night until 11pm yesterday and woke up 2:00pm today.... hmmm, maybe i'll go to bed tonight, yes?
OMG!!!!Your soooo right... On the weekends i only slept for like 4 hours because i work at nights..But during the weekdays that im off i still sleep late and when im trying to workout i cant because i feel lazy and my head starts hurting...Im gonna start trying to get some sleep because i really do need to do some workouts!!!!! :) thanks for the advice:)
