Exhaustive research into clothing history shows countless men wearing skirts/dresses/robes as men---not as female impersonators.  A skirt is about having the same anatomy as pants---a waist and legs. Horesback riding over centuries of time put men into pants, while women retained skirts. The World Wars factory work got women into pants. Yes, we men need to have skirts restored to us otherwise we are not free. Hey, I have lots of skirts and petticoats (NO bras) from EBAY.
