I think it's awesome that people can exercise with a console right in their own home. I can fit Kinect workouts easily into my day, not feel self-conscious at a gym, and not be stared at by strangers at a gym. Itoy works on video overlay alone, the potential for properly recognising humans and other 3d objects based not just on their 2d but 3d shape is simply awesome.A better comment would be "why the hell hasn't MS come up with anything better for launch?".
