I'm not saying it is poor, but Luxembourg has the highest gross domestic product (GDP) in the world, which does not equal to every habitant of Luxembourg being rich. The state might be rich, but not all the population. There sure are some rich people living here for sure.

GDP = the value of all final goods and services produced within a nation in a given year divided by the average population for the same year.
