Probably way late on this, but the reason she falls so slow at 4:18/4:46 is, if you look at the level in the editor, it's a bunch of still frames linked by teleport tiles (Knytt Stories doesn't allow .gifs as backgrounds). It's less noticeable on a newer computer that doesn't lag between map areas like it did here, but you can still tell it's a shutter-type thing rather than a normal .gif.
