Yeah but Max looking like John Mclain with a hint of Sam Fisher from Double Agent doesn't sit well. Also the loss of James Mcaffrey is a really downer as well. They're putting Max into Sao Paul I believe which is just way off and a little questionable. I mean why the hell would Max go there. Everything I love about the series seems to be taken away. The atmosphere, the dark empty New Yorkl, the voice of Max. I think it's just a cash in really. Plus Sam Lake has nothing to do with the game.
Exactly that's what I was wanting. I mean I know they say games need to evolve but Max was damn near perfect, there still is nothing like those games and they're 6-7 years old now. In my opinion Max's story ended with the second game, all the lose ends were tied up and everybody died save for Bravura who was in the hospital. There's no more reason for Max to really press on and get tangled in any of that kind of stuff again.
I went to see it too. I was waiting for it to be worse. In fact, I quite enjoyed the movie. I prefered the way it told the same story with a different twist and view.
u like it? none of it made any sense whatsoever. plus they left out Vlad and Woden. those characters were a must. it followed what happend 2 his wife n kid, but that is bout it. B.B.(Bo Bridges) looked very old in the movie 2. in the game he was a lot younger n u find out he worked 4 Lupino n not Nicole Horn, shit they had no connection in the game he just framed Max 4 Alex's murder. Alex did not look like who he was either, he was bald last i checked. i won't knock u if u like it.

Finally! I thought I was the only one who thought that! I don't know if they could make a successful movie about it, but they should at least turn it into a show.
