Yeah I thought about getting Shard of the Virtuous but Currently I have 169mp5 while casting and 11.2k+ mana but was a tad short on +healing.. so i stick with lights justice.

Why in the world do u have a staff?? Im a shaman on Frostwolf please go and check my profile.... Hring is the name guild Sun. If I were you I would get Light's Justice and a shield.

actually go get shard of virtouos or what its called, and the shield from chess(or magtheridon) shamans should have a lot of mana regen(while cast) and a huge mana pool, so you dont need to sample spirit.

even 1.7k healing is enough to do Mount hyjal :S so sample int and mana regen :)

Mana pots and mana spring/mana tide totem is about all you can do to bring your mana back up

sample mana regen and int, you shouldnt care about spirit and healing, cause in resto talent you will get healing of your intelect :)

i was really just interested how to maintaine mana as a shaman in raids, couse u get really empty before any pally or priest but looks good as it seems.good video(useful).kewl music:)
