@FREEZE42 ... audio or video recording devices inside the voting location are prohibited by Texas law. Texas Election Code Section 33.051(c). state law specifically prohibits use of video/audio recording devices in any polling location, citing Texas Election Code Section 33.051(c).

@FREEZE42 , Fox 26 News Houston picked it up and had video from outside the polling location. Detman is correct, however one of the violations at this polling location was video recording devices being present.
