Harley Quinn should be Anne Hathaway, I think Anne has the shape, talent and look to do the part. Harley Quinn always has a big grin, and a more rounded face, Kristen Bell has neither of those things going for her. I agree completely with the rest of the casting though. Kate would be awesome as catwoman!

Well, your choices are spot on , when it comes to looks and faces...but, all of those actors, except Quinto , Buscemi and Harris suck at playing villains. Even Depp who is a superb actor, and has a good face for Joker (including physical similarity to Ledger) is just not terryfing in any way.
As much as everyone wants the joker to return he wont. Christopher Nolan stated that he's not going to do Joker anymore because Ledger died. Nolan will only do about 2-3 villains, anymore and you'll risk pulling a Spiderman 3. If he is going to do villains he should do Black Mask; which he has showed interest in, Riddler; which is a very possible character to do, and either Poison Ivy or Cat Woman; because Batman needs a love interest. I would want Ali Larter to be Poison Ivy, but that's just me
No offence, but it does seem like you are basing a lot of these on looks alone which, as we know, can be changed with cgi and makeup to look like just about anyone. I think it would be better for once if a person did one of these based purely on an actor's personality and general character type.
David Tennant would make an AMAZING Riddler!!!! He has the perfect personality to make that character brand new, and more interesting than previous Riddlers. Jim Carrey did awesome in his role, but the movie would sell better just for the fact thousands of fangirls want to see David in a skin tight villians costume!
I like Scarecrow to, but I was casting villains for sequels to the Nolan films and Scarecrow's got an actor. The only reason I recasted Joker was because he survived, and sadly his actor died.

Also, as far as looks go for "Joker": Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Last seen playing "Cobra Commander" in the GI JOE movie. Not sure how well he'd play the role, but his facial features are pretty damned close to Heath's. Just looks at pictures of him & try picturing the Joker makeup & scars on him.
@ThirdRAILKink Bale does a stupid Batman voice which is my issue with him. Other than that he's good. Bale has said he will leave the Batman series when Christopher Nolan does anyway though.

Since Nolan has gone on record as saying no supervillian from previous movies will appear it looks like Pengiun, Catwoman, Riddler, Poison Ivy and Bane are out. Thought I would like to see Riddler and Bane done right especially if Tennent plays Riddler. But some of your casting choices are genius. The Great Khali as Bane though...I don't see it.
The reason I chose The Great Khali was because he's the only person I can think of that has the size and build to play Bane. No more genuine actors did. In the infobox I mentioned the idea of someone else doing the voiceover lines (ala Darth Vader), and only have Khali as the physcial body.
@SLPIFan, Nelson Frazier Jr(WWE's Viscera, Big Daddy V, King Mable...etc.) is my best bet for the role of Bane. frazier has done acting in films & plus he has the size, demeanor(in words lol) & super strong.
It would have to be a big name character that people who dont read comics know like the riddler. Even my mom knows the riddler from the old shows from back in the day. Then they could have the second villian be someone the general movie going audience might not know like Talia.
You want Scarface in a batman movie. YUCK! He is the weakest villian. I don't want to see him in a movie. Terrible Idea. All the other acting choices are great.

And Mad Hatter would make a freakin' amazing villain, the only problem with it being that the Alice in wonderland movie that just came out would kind of make you think "Oh, ANOTHER hatter, oh boy"...After all, the mad hatter has had batman on the verge of death or revealing his identity second only to Joker. So yeah, he's a fantastic villain- a mix of scarecrow and riddler.

@RogueRaven17 I was wrong about Harley Quinn. She may not be in the next film. Nolan says Joker is not coming back for his batman3 so Harley can't be in it. Maybe he will be in batman 4. If you can get Crispin Glover to play Joker perhaps Kristien might be good as Harley for it.
@psmsierra The riddler is a smart and calculating villian. Adrian would not make a good Riddler because he is too srtong of a character. He maybe casted in the Dr. Strange film as the lead role though so he maybe too busy.
In the next Dark Knight film, I think it would be very wise to cast David Tennant as The Riddler, he was masterful as The Doctor on Dr. Who and I feel he would be a top pick for The Riddler. I'm sure it would be a Academy Award winning performance.

Let it be known. Demi Moore should be the next Catwoman. She has to be played by a more mature actress. If we follow the timeline Catwoman and Batman should both be touching 50. Demi perfect as far as the age and thanks to the miracles of surgery and Botox, would look incredible in full costume. Sound off.

oky for johnny depp who knows if he will participate in the batman movie 3. i hope catwoman comes back. i missed her. but for joker put in the fact that he is in jail and thats it. the character is saved and not shown no more. ledger died and keeps his role. now for the riddler, from what i know from the show the animated series it has to be someone like johnny depp. because of his role as capt jack. for the others who knows????

Well, your choices are spot on , when it comes to looks and faces...but, all of those actors, except Quinto , Buscemi and Harris suck at playing villains. Even Depp who is a superb actor, and has a good face for Joker (including physical similarity to Ledger) is just not terryfing in any way.

As much as everyone wants the joker to return he wont. Christopher Nolan stated that he's not going to do Joker anymore because Ledger died. Nolan will only do about 2-3 villains, anymore and you'll risk pulling a Spiderman 3. If he is going to do villains he should do Black Mask; which he has showed interest in, Riddler; which is a very possible character to do, and either Poison Ivy or Cat Woman; because Batman needs a love interest. I would want Ali Larter to be Poison Ivy, but that's just me

No offence, but it does seem like you are basing a lot of these on looks alone which, as we know, can be changed with cgi and makeup to look like just about anyone. I think it would be better for once if a person did one of these based purely on an actor's personality and general character type.

Also, as far as looks go for "Joker": Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Last seen playing "Cobra Commander" in the GI JOE movie. Not sure how well he'd play the role, but his facial features are pretty damned close to Heath's. Just looks at pictures of him & try picturing the Joker makeup & scars on him.

Since Nolan has gone on record as saying no supervillian from previous movies will appear it looks like Pengiun, Catwoman, Riddler, Poison Ivy and Bane are out. Thought I would like to see Riddler and Bane done right especially if Tennent plays Riddler. But some of your casting choices are genius. The Great Khali as Bane though...I don't see it.

The reason I chose The Great Khali was because he's the only person I can think of that has the size and build to play Bane. No more genuine actors did. In the infobox I mentioned the idea of someone else doing the voiceover lines (ala Darth Vader), and only have Khali as the physcial body.

Robin is a great actor but I don't want to see him as a Bat Villian. Jennifer could work as Talia. You would have to bring back Ras though. Kate might be good as Poison Ivy. Mad hatter would be a terrible movie villian.

Let it be known. Demi Moore should be the next Catwoman. She has to be played by a more mature actress. If we follow the timeline Catwoman and Batman should both be touching 50. The new rumor going around is that Joseph Gordon Levitt (sp?) is going to play The Riddler.
Nolan has said that Catwoman won't show up in any of his Batman movies. But if he did, I think that Kate Beckinsale would be perfect, as would Rachel Weisz. As long as it isn't Megan Fox like that one rumor that went around claimed.
I could also picture Johnny Depp as Black Mask. Someone also mentioned that Thomas Jane would make a good Hush.

I do have some problems with the choices, but hey, I'm not here to complain; I do agree that they look the part though. I'm not going to get into who he is if no one knows [I mean this is the internet, look it up], but I always imagine Rami Malek as the Riddler. I'm not sure why but when I hear that the Riddler might be in it, I picture him lol. The one thing I do want to comment on is Robin Williams... I know no one has really heard Strange's voice, but he just doesn't have the voice...
