Wouldent it be alot easier to just buy some other currencys if you think the dollar is going down ? Or shares in a export company. A industrilised country with a debased currency is gonna make exports explode like crazy.

If the dollar loses its purshasing power then by defenition other currencys will increase in purshasing power.
