@wishingstar7871 Yup no hat in the pool no lab coat in the pool either :D There are a few sci files where I take off my hat and dont wear the lab coat either. Some times I will open the show without my hat and lab coat cuz it was most likly super hot and I just didnt want to be in a hot lab coat with a hot hat :D
@millionsteve but some peoples basements are not very livable places : / So they have this option that dosent have to waiste energy using a air conditioner :D
@srbrand04 Im sorry to disapoint you but no im not a science teacher but I am working on getting a degree so that later on in life I can become a science teacher, so I hope that brings back from you disappointment :D
Haha, this is exactly how my a.d.d brother in law behaves. His behavior is funny and amusing at first, but it gets extremely annoying very quickly lol. Anyway, crazy guy, cool video!
@jm460 As much as I would love to be so much more calmer, if you notice the major people on this site are not calm in thier videos. Unfortunetly the only way to get notice on youtube as well as survive is to be super energetic :)
@igorious No AC was used in the making of this film, but if you want to know the real reason why you dont see sweat, "Sweat is not attractive" so the takes where I am sweating are taken out not to mention the lab coat covers most of my body so you wouldnt see any soaked clothing. 2nd, you'll notice the low light when I am outside, during the summer months I film the sci files later in the day when its not as hot out.
@igorious I hate to say this but No I did not have the AC on at all. I tested this experimetn over an entire week before filming it to make sure it worked.
@MegaJohnny now you can make it routine to shut the windows in the moring instead. :) I always use my laptop during the day but I doubt one computer on will make a difference in the heat level in your house. Its better to use electronics during the evening when your windows are open & the hot air will be replaced by the cool evening air. On the other hand during the winter your 2 computers & TV help keep your home warm. :)
@MegaJohnny Lol you fool! but actually i'll admit too, i have done the same. Although i have thought about why am i opening a window when it's hot outside. hehe. dam, I have been opening it because I see EVERYONE opening it, so i am made to believe it's a good idea! Wow! come to think of it. this wrong routine probably has been passed down for sooo many generations, LOL!
@nancymtb But you can never have this much fun in a science class lol Who knew understanding radiation, convection & conduction could be so helpful. =^D
@warhawkpro Im gald I could help make your home a bit more cooler. Although im sure your home is pretty kool haha. Thats why I shared this sci file with everyone to help those who lack ACs still get a cooler home =^D
Thats a big D-O-N-T on opening windows in the summer heat. But thats what I love about science "not knowing something" Then getting curious to find way to make life easier & better for everyone. =^D
@jaymcd84 Alot of people do think that shutting their windows will only trap heat in thier house, so they open them but really that just convects hot air into a house. Isnt science wicked kool =^D
@Socoolscienceshow wow these tips really do keep you cooler I was outside this afternoon with a wet tshirt and i didnt feel so hot also when i came inside it felt like my house had an ac on even though we dont have ac bcuz my dad is cheap and wont buy 1 :(
@HalloweenClub lol I grew up with cheap parents as well so dont feel so bad. Thats why I did this sci file, to help people who dont have AC in thier homes. Science isnt just for the classroom its to help solve problems like how to keep a house cool without an AC. =^D
@strikeme5 Ufortuently not everyone has the hundreds of thousands of dollars it would take make a total move. Plus I dont know if you have ever been to canada ( I have) canada gets really hot during the summer as well.

Ok so you have a trench coat and not a bead of sweat on you face. In other words, this was filmed in cool weather or with ac.
