Only two times in her entire political career has Hillary Clinton teared up on camera--once on the evening before the New Hampshire primary, and once on the evening before the Super Tuesday primaries--and in both cases, her lead was slipping away.

Hillary not only did not condemn it--which would have been bad enough--but she actually voted for it. So yes, it was her fault.
