Switzerland still loves Judie Tsuke with her wonderfull Music! Just GREAT and dont tell me that Lady Gaga will perform in 30 Years from now........Long live the real Music!
Just to let you all know that Judie is touring at the moment.
I was lucky enough to see her at the Anvil in Basingstoke last Thursday 14th October.
Not only does she have a very tight band behind her and a fabulous drummer/bassist and guitarists, she is also supported by her two daughters, both of which have exceptional voices.
Judie has lost none of her vocal talents and her songs are as poignant now as ever they were.
Make the effort to catch her on the remaining dates of her tour.
@MajorSirGerryPending I was also at the Anvil on the 14th. Sat in the second row from the front, and had an amazing view of the lead guitarist, Graham Kearnes, when he was strutting his stuff on a couple of tracks. This is the first live concert I have ever been to. As I am a bit of a studio purist, I was worried that they might mess around with the songs a bit too much, but Judie's voice was just as good live, as the studio recordings. This is when you can tell how good a singer really is.
I fell in love with Judy and this album after seeing her live at the milton keynes bowl, I was 18 at the time and it is still one on my most played albums !
Remember buying this album from Goulden & Winds in Deal in 1979 whilst I was working on the ferries out of Folkestone....the ferries have gone now and I suppose Goulden & Wind has too....happy memories of a brilliant album...isn't that what music is all about?
Thought it was just me who loved this one !!. . . . now we are two !!. . . . tell the world!. . . . mike paxman on his nuclear powered schecter telecaster.
Never tire of her early stuff. She has a great voice - that 'yearning' quality one never hears now..... Check out 'Harbour Lights' from her 'The Cat is Out' album. Sublime.
Excellent sound quality....thanks for that, it makes a refreshing change! Always loved Judie, even used to be in her fan club in the 70's, first female pop artist I had a crush on!
Beautiful song, beautiful person.

Hi. Yes, I wasn't disappointed with her voice or her band.
I last saw her in 1980 and she had a good band with her then.
I like the clinical sound of studio work also and loved it when CD's came in.
Is this really the first concert you've ever been to?

Wow.
This album got me through some difficult times as a teen, and it's still as fresh now.
Timeless.
What an artist.
