Why do you let the "police" remove your individual rights? The first amendment to the U.S. constitution tells them that you have a right peaceably to assemble? If you have to ask for a permit, it becomes a privilege, not a right. If you let them move you around like that, then they will continue to do so until you cannot leave you home anymore. I would have let them arrest me.
FMTV is a cable access tv show that is on six television stations throughout NH, MA, and VT. It is also distributed on YouTube and other video sharing sites as well as distributed as a podcast.
I'm no lawyer but you may be able to file a motion with the court clerk before the arraignment (at your leisure) to end the matter without having to go to court at all. The sooner you do this the better.
If you only stand up for yourself, your principles and your rights when it's convenient, you will loose them at their convenience.
