  • He may not be able to deliver, though he has the mindset that most americans do have, the same mindset that created the constitution. In my opinion.

  • He's promising things he CANNOT, EVER deliver.

  • So I guessing you will abolish speed limits if elected?

  • Love your video(s) but the speed limit issue...I wish it were true...But Well, here is a turd in your punch bowl 542.203(b). there may not be a State speed limit...But local Municipalities can establish all the speed limits they want until the cows come home.

  • (2) 70 mph in daytime and 65 miles per hour in nighttime if the vehicle is a passenger car, motorcycle, passenger car or light truck towing a trailer bearing a vessel, as defined by Section 31.003, Parks and Wildlife Code, that is less than 26 feet in length, passenger car or light truck towing a trailer or semitrailer used primarily to transport a motorcycle, or passenger car or light truck towing a trailer or semitrailer designed and used primarily to transport dogs or livestock,

    etc.......

  • Text of subsec. (b) as amended by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 663, Sec. 2 and Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 739, Sec. 1

    (b) Unless a special hazard exists that requires a slower speed for compliance with Section 545.351(b), the following speeds are lawful:

Vehicle designed to transport 11 or more passengers, including the driver, and used to transport students under the age twenty-one years of age to and from school

Any vehicle transporting hazardous materials which is required to be placarded.

  • Whoever is not tough as nails on illegal immigration will not win. Texas are sick and tired of the political correct bs when it comes to illegal immigration. If it doesn't change we will take up arms and take care of the borders ourselves, WE ARE PISSED OFF!!!!!!! Borders/immigration issue #1; and this comes from virtually ALL LEGAL Texans!

  • i think that the catch is, we are required by law to have a class c drivers license. which of course is a commercial license. somebody please reply and tell my im crazy.

  • Do you know Everett Newton from Dallas?

  • 545.351 545.352 <--- Here's the speed limits y'all

  • You're from Texas, we expect charts from Texans.

  • Sounds great but is this a sham.. Im confused..
