Hey, I've got a problem. I remember solving the puzzle for the Ankh Jewel, but I can't remember picking it up. The thing is, I want to fight the boss now, but I've the Jewel is not in my inventory. The chest is gone too, so I've hit a dead point. What happened?

You probably used the jewel to awaken a different boss. Try to get a jewel from an area whose boss you've already beaten.

oh i get it now, from the grail point, the sun is the male and moon is the female like the glyph said, and you can't attack inside the female, so attacking in the moon causes you pain..

I also can not get the anhk jewel. The chest isn't even there when I enter the room, so standing in front of the eye doesn't do anything.

It's there. Stand under the eye for ohhh about 10 seconds, and it'll appear in the top left. Yeah, it's in that chest.

You need to talk to the guy in the room before Udjat. He's behind one of those doors that lead to a shop. He'll say that to solve the riddle, proceed to the next room. That's when the chest appears.
