@classicjammazone This isn't the street fighter 2 ce kouryu, my hack have 2 Ryu's in the select player than it changes to 3 Ryu's and the backgrounds are different, they have this kind of glitch

I don't think it's Koryu or M7. Look at the multiple Ryu faces in the char selection screen and the crazy background in Ryu's stage, and his new colour scheme.

The messed-up special moves are the same as some existing dumps for MAME, but there are other differences!

@batlin It's not one of the ones that are dumped in MAME, but there are definitely SFII/IICE boots that aren't dumped yet. I have a CE hack/boot board that isn't any of the current MAME dumps that I'm trying to find someone locally to dump the roms for so I can send them to the mame team and I've heard of a few others that are out there but not dumped yet.

@SkateSoup For sure - I remember at least one completely messed up version here in Ireland, where the throw animations wouldn't "grab" the victim, so your opponent would go through the motions of the throw and, no matter where you were or what you were doing (even a dragon punch ascending with no hitbox), you would fall down and take damage a second or two later :D

Looking forward to someone turning that up and dumping it...

ive seen this 1 b4 if i remember right its called "sudbue the dragon" it features fucked up fbs, an odd bath house music, insane dragon pucnhes that spawn projectiles, or in sagats case yoga flames, and a weird intro with unreadable text and a warning for use in tawain olny.

In fact, those hacks are available as additional zip files which are needed to be placed in ROM folder along with base ROM. You can go to the following website and download base game (sf2ce.zip) and this particular hack (sf2koryu.zip) to your MAME ROM directory and you are done:

street-fighter(dot)com(dot)ar/ roms/

I am playing the games on GGPO emulator, though. It might not be the exact same version which is shown in this video, but it is quite similar.

Tienes razón que se parece esta versión a la Kouryu, incluso se parece a las versiones Tulong, Turyu, Turyu1, Tlona, Tlonb, Magic Delta, m7...Pero no es ninguna d esas.

Si t fijas bien...hay dos Ryu y pueden hacer Hadokens a una velocidad increíble.
