I am not asking to prove that guy wrong That was a shocking video I am asking as our government is currently trialing horse meat for human consumption in one of our states and we are trying to stop it. Horse meat is okay for human consumption, here in Germany you can get it for 4 Euro (6 dollars) per pound. It's not very popular though, as it supposedly doesn't taste well. Normal supermarkets don't carry it.
