I can't believe those petty prosecutors are going after Biker Bill for a felony, no less, for video-taping. I don't know the full story, but apparently the issue stems from actions that took place weeks if not months ago, meaning he was rousted without warning, I assume. Either way, it's a gross injustice by prosecutors who have shown little to no discretion in their "prosecution" of laws, just or unjust. One of the jobs of a prosecutor is to serve "justice" not just blindly prosecute "laws".
