I worked at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter for over a year, and that place was a hell hole. But even with our horrible and corrupt managers, I STILL knew I had it better than Disney employees. I guess my point is, working at theme parks is terrible, not because of the work, but because of the management. I don't know what it is about being a manager there, but it's like they just HAVE to be condescending pricks who make your life a living hell.

@CristalFlames I work at Disney and it's not that bad. My job at McD's was WAY worse. It all depends on the managers/coordinators that you get. I worked at Magic Kingom and the managers were nice but the coordinators didn't like me. Now that I'm at Epcot the coordinators love me and the managers are like -_- at everything. Don't write off Disney so quickly. Give it a shot and see what you think. You might luck out and get awesome managers/coordinators.
