@psycodude440 Um, no you don't. This weapon's damage is comparable to a Daedric's damage, which is the best. The only reason yours is stronger is because you actually have skill points in Two-Handed, this guy doesn't, but it would DEFINITELY be better than your glass weapon if YOU had it. WAY better.

There's a two-handed sword you get on a quest called the Ebony Blade, it absorbs a TON (figureitavely speaking) of health! I defeated an ancient dragon with like 30 armor points, this sword, and dragonrend, this sword RAPES! If you want to know the quest it is called: The whispering door, it's not hard at all, it took 5 minutes of just talking to a kid, a dorr, and pickpocketing a key, and opening a 10x10 room... I hope this helps anybody who sees it!

@Sm0shZ0MG yeah but it swings as fast as a greatsword anyway. I think the Ignore armour effect pwns the critical hit chance if your using volendrung.

You can also just make a deadric warhammer or greatsword or battleaxe and enchant it with absorb 30 or more stamina and health (you must be at least 100 enchanting and you must have the last perk)

all those things are really easy i got the windshear make enimies stagger every time you hit them even giants so that quest is probably really easy

This can be considered the best, but is equivalent to an ebony warhammer, but the effect is awesome. If you have high enchanting, just enchant a daedrick warhammer.

Im level 12 and my best weapon is the orcish battleaxe(fine) with 39 damage (42 skill). I habe like no coins and smithing sucks. My one handed and two handed skilld and archery are good. @EvilMrWeasel this is what i did and it did me good i just traveled on foot west of whiterun to solitude traveling every place possible and on the way over i killed anything that dropped hide with sneak and the bow after i accumulated enough hides i then smithed alot, after about 27 hours of game play i was able to get about 85 smithing.

With 100 enchanting you could make your own Daedric warhammer and put two enchantments of absorb 78 stamina. That's absorb 156 stamina per swing and you can also get infinite uses.
