Markus, you look great and really healthy. This was the 1st video I saw of yours and love it. Could I put the yogurt in my excalibur dehydrator at 75 degrees for several hours to ferment? Also, what type of cocnut did you use, Thai? Thanks! Will be watching now, gotta get healthier! Best!
never can get young coconuts where I live, tried to make it with the older ones they sell here. it was ok but chunky and not creamy and takes forever to remove from the shell. Oh to be where they have young coconuts. thanks
I love coconut. But if you eat the coconut yoghurt with fruit, won't it make you fatter, since the fruit has sugar, which gives you an insuling surge, which, if eaten with fatty foods, makes you gain fat?
@Kamadev888 I was born in a tropical country with lots of fruits. We never feel afraid that eating fruits makes you fat. Fruits are among the healthies foods. Starches like pasta, pizza, bread, rice, potatoes make you fat. Once you quit eating those you will lose weight fast. The secret is replacing them little by little for fruits and vegetables, everything green, red, orange, yellow, purple that is nature made. God bless yout heart!
I have heard from many othersthat over 4 hrs it can become quite bitter and sour. I guess it comes down to what you like. Agreat Video keep them coming. You are so right Coconut can't get enough. I like how you did not use the coconut water and it was really thick like the greek style yogurt.
How did you get it creamy ? I tried making some and messed up supposedly. It came out extremely chunky. Plus the coconut took me almost three hours to take apart.
@yohkom The kind I use in the video is from Ascended Health, but I use all kinds. I use a lot of home-made kefir (I'll show how in upcoming video) and I buy whatever liquid kinds I can find in the health stores. I mix n match because the body has hundreds of types and most store brands only have half a dozen strains.
thanks Markus i always learn stuff from u. u remind me of me always doing my own investigations and research etc. an independant thinker! much love and enjoying yogurt and life to u! and anyone reading this now :) :)
good choice, using ascended vitality probiotics...they have lots of other beneficial ingredients like the zeolites in addition to their potency. Fred Bisci's powdered probiotics (not in capsulte) are really good too...I have great success making divine nut cheeses with them ;) Mucho gracias
This looks delicious. I’m salivating just thinking about blending some organic strawberries or blueberries in. Looks like I’ll be heading over to the Asian market tomorrow to buy some young Thai coconuts. Thank you for the recipe.
As always...EXCELLENT MARKUS! EXCELLENT! :)

@Kamadev888 no, fats and oils slow the absorption rate of sugar (and anything else).

@thesimplycomplex
Not at the moment. They cost too much to make. Maybe someday soon though.

That looks really good. I never knew you could get probiotics in a liquid form before. Now I'll have to search for it. Cheers!
