Who cares whether it's realistic or not, whether the lead is Japanese or Korean -- it's a movie, and it looks like it will kick ass! Same people made the matrix films, so you know the action is going to be outrageous. I for one hope that Rain really makes it here in a big way, and language issues don't affect his acting too much. I have seen him in Korean dramas and films, and believe it or not, he is seriously VERY good in his native language. His body looks totally SICK in this film. GO RAIN!

its a movie based on shit thats real Lag. you see its about honor and respect when Shitty wood does military movies or ww2 movies what do they do. they send their ppl to boot camps, research ppl for the roles and information. its a MOVIE about FICTIONAL characters, its trying to tell a story not tickle your realism fantasy. Also, it's a dead art. And most certainly not the most sacred and secret of all Japanese arts. There are no real practitioners of Ninjutsu, only the "Watered down" version you mentioned.

They first say it'll come out in Jan. Then due to Rain's busy schedule they move it to March, but then I'm guessing due to his very busy schedule and I mean he's VERY busy with producing his album which will come out during the summertime and preparing to try to make it in the U.S.(which I hope he will) and all finally decided to move the date of the movie June 1st.
