Oh man, I love this sequence. It showcases our diversity as a species so well. I read somewhere that Babylon 5's creator, JMS, who is an atheist himself, made sure that the atheist was the very first person in line -- and the best dressed. Beautiful stuff. Thanks for sharing.
He didn't realy look the best dressed IMO. It was more that each person was dressed in their outfit of relgious garb, and as having no relgion, he was in a suit.

B5 is much fairer and even handed to religion than any of the later ST series. In addition B5 was just so well made.

Yes he is an atheist, but he gave religion the utmost respect in the show.
