you made a good point, we should not quit before failure. We should go until our muscles won't let us do one more rep (without getting injured!). I had back & bi's today and I was sooo exhausted and my back was still sore from the other day, that my reps went way day. That's okay though, I did all that I could possibly pump out.

Is a matter of fact: when the original guys were talking about makeing this group, we all agreed upon two things?
No beachbody coaches are allowed in the group & no females.
Why?
No coaches because we didnt want the business side of things to get in the way of what WE wanted to do! also, because we are free advertisement for them on YT!
No women, because we want to talk as men without saying sorry for any comments!
No... there is nobody being kicked out of the group... or anything like that!!!

Our group was formed without any coaches invovled... we didnt want the business to interfere with US...
But, if you want to become a coach... you can... just try and keep the salesman pitches away from the group... and if we need supps you should let us contact you!

Thanks man, I'm excited to see where it takes me. I'm all about meeting new people and helping out when I can. It'll also keep me motivated to stay in great shape and continue to get better.

I have been Self-Employed since 2000...
Just recently i have had to take a night time job, because im recovering from a bad motorcycle accident...
If you need any advice from someone who has recently been there, let me know... I did it with 3 seperate businesses and without any schooling...
I would love to know what they teach in your classes...

I have a coach also, and i found out that Mike and i had the same coach...
Im not going to give him ANY CREDIT or even print his name here...
He has done nothing for me and my progress and doesnt even remember my name! Im a customer to him... NOT A YTF&F...
So, and just to prove a point on this issue... Alex already asked you to sign up under him and not his coach catcher!!!
WE COACH EACHOTHER... that was the whole idea behind YTF&F...
