@lakershd not taking anything away from Emmitt Smith's amazing career, and it was amazing, you can't possibly declare him the best back ever. Most yards, yes. Reasons? How long it took him to do it, his overall comparative skill, and the talent surrounding him(ie Aikman, Irvin, and the O-Line). Barry Sanders had none of that and still shredded the competition.

You're missing the point. He corrected the correct way of saying it with the INCORRECT way of saying it. "That offense does....do look good." "Against a team like New England will get you completely blowed out." That has nothing to do with enunciation. Hell, "blowed" isn't even a real word. Also, just because he got his degree doesn't mean he finished his education. Watch the Outside the Lines report on FSU football players who didn't get drafted and work as janitors. They got their degrees.

I hope you saw his Hall Of Fame speech. Not only did it masterfully command the English language better than anything the typical Youtuber can do, but it wound up going down as one of the greatest HOF speeches of all time. It just goes to show that anyone can improve despite the skepticism of haters. If you haven't heard it, do a search, check it out.

Whether you realize it or not, public speaking isn't easy, and to do it with the skill he did at the HOF was commendable.
