Correctly said - this is originally haryanavi song.... I used to listen to this on radio some 7-8 years back. Mostly on AM freq after/before krishi darshan..

there r many folks songs from many parts of India which have been sung by famous artists eg. Kailash kher. they give publicity & a frame to the songs.
Folks songs can be sung by any1..it doesnt mean it has been copied. stop ur narrow thinking.
