Actually ya i have to agree I would have replaced Brutal legends with Metal gear solid 4 and to be honest its a tie for #1 with me between MGS4 and CoD MF2. The voice acting in MGS is top notch with amazing graphics and story that when you combine all these make a damn fine game.MF2 You feel like you are right in the middle of the action trying to save the world again with a story that has more twists then a M. Night Shyamalan movie, when you put it all togeather its one hell of a coaster ride.

CoD is a good game but there is hardly much cinematography in it, because most of the game is through a 1st person perspective, and hardly any cutscenes. I've never played much of the other games though.... Uncharted 2 looks promising though :)
