this shit aint for everyone and definitley it aint for me.. it dosnt mean that bcuz i dont enjoy this as much as everyone means that i have poor taste in music its something diffrent ill give it that but its too boring for me! like most ppol listen to music as much as i can from all sorts death,black,core,pop,jazz rnb,etc.. but i dont think this will be a green light for me!! thumbs up for ppol who like it!!

Honestly who cares if Neurosis is "metal" or "sludge" or "post-metal industrial folk hardcore" or whatever term folks invent tomorrow? All that matters is that Neurosis is God.

neurosis puts a fuckton more emphasis on the atmospheric value of their music, theyve said so in interviews before. i think the melvins just have been aiming at being heavy for a lonnng time, neurosis does it just simply because it adds to the brutality of their songs. both bands rule.

you got a good point there, but if i wanted to listen to heavy music with painful sounds and tortured vocals (i meant those in a good way) i'll listen to neurosis, but if i wanted something heavy in a very "different" and original way, well i'd go with melvins.
