Quick Tips - Unlimited Sprint in Skyrim

i managed to bug a half-sneak state yesterday. when watching first-person, and trying to sprint, i dashed instead. when i did it from third person, i sprinted.

i accidentally hit sneak just before i entered college of winterhold. (main door). i was sneaking without sneaking.

I found out that you can let go of the Sprint button and keep sprinting, you just need to hold forward to keep it going.

Theres another way to do it. Just equip a single handed weapon and start sprinting and when the stamina bar is almost depleted just start swinging your sword and as long as you swing it your sprinting.
