i'm a 5'2 11 year old and i just want to be able to jump higher I need about 2 or 3 more inches to get to the net if u no anything tht will help i would appreciate it very much thx

Yes, as u train u lose body fat.
This and some other exercises he shows are great for building leg muscles.
