I love this game for it's distorted story and epic characters. if you're like me and seen alot of cult movies then this wouldn't affect you. It reminds me alot of Takeshi Miike's film work

1) Michelle Ruff voiced that sick fuck Arioch?... Well, she does sound good even for a sick fuck of a person who ends up getting....eaten....

Lol, when I was beating the Game for the different Endings I was like ok, she sacrifices her self wtf/e. but after seeing the second I was like omg omg omg and then the others were just freaking mind blowing^^. Also there were some really freaking distrubing scenes in the games prior to the endings ^^.This is probably one of my all time favorite Ps2 games for the story and specially the endings. Drakengard 2 is pretty good as well although the endings don't even come close to the first games. :P

You have to beat Ending 3 first; the one where *SPOILER ALERT* you have to kill Angelus in Choas form. Also, you must have earned all 3 parters, which you should get in this order: Leonard(Replay Chapter 2), Arioch(Replay Chapter 3), and Seere(Replay Chapter 4). Hope this helps you. :D

This is alternate ending 3, or just Ending 4 if you're adding the first ending. Those infant-appeaing creatures are grotesquereies, or "The Watchers," as they were called early on in the game. They are really Gods. Manah, the little girl who was their tool used to seal the world's destruction, was killed by her twin brother, Seere. Once she's gone, the "gods" have no choice but to descend from their heavenly lair to rain down judgement on the world.

In this exact same ending, Leonard sacrificed himself to buy some time for his friends by holding up the fairy, letting himself become devoured, and killing the fairy...thusly causing an explosive reaction, which probably destroyed whatever nearby "Gods" there were.

In the second game, if you only played to get the first ending, then you never got either Leonard or Arioch, thus keeping them completely out of the sequel.

well in the second game at the place where you find Urick at, if you play the expidition or whatever its called and talk to the villiagers afterwards. One of them mentions a "blind man" who walked around with his head down alot who used to live there. He left becuase some of the villiagers didn't like the way he played with the children so he left. A weapon also mentions a man (Leonard) who helped save the world but due to his ways *shrugs* ends up living all by himself in seclussion.
