I can't believe what China said. Even the official conference about the Nanking Massacre research, Chinese historians showed their collections as evidence of the massacre. The photographs, which Chinese showed are known to be fabricated, or from different areas and different times, continue to be used to "prove" Japanese guilt in the winter of 1937-38 at Nanjing.

In March 1938, the Provisional National Conference of the KMT is held in Hankow. At the Conference, Ho Ying-chin, the chief of staff makes a 'Military Report' for the period of March 1937 through March 1938. This has been an official report of the military situation, made immediately after the so-called 'Massacre for six Weeks'. At this report, the fall of Nanking has been mentioned in the 'preface' and in the 'process of the battle', but nothing has been said about the massacre.

Photographs purported to be evidence of a massacre in Nanking are on display at the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall, at other exhibitions, and in printed publications. However, recent scientific research has revealed that there are no photographs attesting to a massacre in Nanking. At least 143 pictures are distorted, are fabricated, or are used for the Nanking Massacre pictures which were from different areas and different times by Chinese government.

(Part2) In another photo, a man in Japanese military uniform is swinging a sword down on the neck of a Chinese to execute him, but the way of the swinging is Chinese, not Japanese. This shows that the photo was a Chinese prearranged performance. In other photos, the direction of one man's shadow is different from the others, which shows that the photo is a composite of multiple photos. There are many other contradictions in the photos.

(Part1)Throughout the Sino-Japanese war, many photos had been scattered in the Western world and used as evidence of the Nanking Massacre or of Japanese atrocities; however, the sources of these photos are all doubtful. For instance, one of the photos shows many dead bodies, but it only shows soldiers killed in battle.

Chinese soldiers in their mad rush to discard their military uniforms and put on civilian clothes, in a number of incidents, killed civilians to obtain their clothing. In Chinese history, Chinese soldiers destroyed the homes and fields of their own civilians in order to wipe out any possible supplies or shelter that could be utilized by the over-extended enemy troops. This strategy is called "The Clean Field Strategy" by China. In fact, Chinese soldiers killed 30,000 their own people in cold blood in Changsha in 1938 under this strategy in spite of the fact that the Japanese didn’t attack the city. Chinese government pinned thier crimes on Japanese soldiers.

Wasn't the Japanese reporters not paid making propaganda films and photos during Nanjiang Massacare period. Every writing and photos taken had to go through Japanese army authority censorship before publication. Writings / photos not suitable for release were stamped "Not Permitted".
