Just remember as the judge is staring you down, ask him for the book of laws. Start asking him/her what this code number means or that one there. When they start missing questions have them removed for not knowing the laws. First question I would ask is how many federal laws are on the books? Not counting the state you are in, county, city. It forces the internet service providers to not allow these sites to be seen by you here in America because they cant arrest the owners of these sites. The key is statutory law. The other thing is that just because you've downloaded a file with a filename such as a copyrighted movie, how can you prove that it was the copyrighted movie? Good luck with that because unless the download has been verified to be the copyrighted work, then that is inadmissible.
