The Basque country deserves its independence, but ETA's tactics are questionable. They should take a cue from the EZLN, though their frustration is understandable. Real revolutionaries don't attack civilians. Attacking military and police? That's revolutionary warfare, not terrorism. Though non-violence has often proved more effective, especially in establishing democracy post-revolution.

I wouldn't expect a spaniard to know much about basque identity and culture, let alone comment on it.
As for the Basque economy, I don't think you need to worry about us. Its Madrid who should be very worried when the Basque Country and Catalunya become independent. That's why Spaniards hate us. They need us more than we need them.

Nowadays , the basque country has its own language and traditions respected plus its own police force and goverment . In the name of what repression does ETA still kill people ? If the basques are doing stuff like that , what should the palestinians supposed to be doing ? What should the kurds be doing , who , in Turkey , dont have any of the rights the Basques enjoy in Spain ? I think the basque community should take a good look at itself , and who it supports

So we Galvornians decided to fight for independence and every Monday we make protests in Munich. The police doesn't allow those protests but protests of the NPD ( the new NSDAP Nazis) are allowed. This is a scandal and not democratic.
We have YCG (Yn Cheshaght galwrneg - the galvornian society). They want to be like IRA and ETA but they didn't kill people up to now. They burned only our police station.
I support the independence movements of Galvorny but not terror against cilivians of course

Fair enough but there is no need for a bombing campaign. but merely attacking the German police and armed forces. it would be better maybe as you coulstill weild popular support by not harming civilains but then you might not be made a big deal off as you are not killing civilians.
