yes thats exactly what it means when you increase the quality but be careful not to increase it to much because as the quality increases so does the file size and the amount of time it takes to convert the movie

i dont have videos from limewire but i have some on my computer in my videos section that i got to go into my ipod but it doesnt let me drag the videos into the program u have to add the file and it wont let me add a file unless its in like..my videos folder.. and i cant put any of my videos in the folder for some reason.. ?: /

No you can choose whatever u want but if u go higher on the scale the file will become bigger

no there is no viruses at all unless you download the video from limewire or some other p2p program there is a chance that there will be a virus, but most likely not
